The Community Services Division is responsible for community
events, governmental and legislative affairs, mass media
public safety campaigns, news media relations, and public
education.
In addition, the District's Media Services provides
closed-circuit training for all employees.
Our personnel maintain close contact with city, neighborhood,
and civic leaders to monitor local issues and concerns. We
also participate in a multitude of community events and
offer free year-round services in hopes of keeping you and
your family safe from fire and injury
